AgroTrade International BV is now actively looking for leased properties for its retail stores in densely populated residential areas of South Florida. Such properties should have the following parameters.

  • Location
    • Miami-Dade, Broward, & Palm Beach Counties

    • Not further than 30 miles from Hialeah, FL
  • Area
    • Ground floor only
    • Rectangular shaped area
    • Minimum area of 4,200SF

    • Maximum area of 7,500SF

    • Premises width shall be at least 60 Feet
    • Ceiling height at least 9.8 Feet
  • Selection criteria for stores to be located in low-rise districts:
    • Minimum 10,000 population with in1-mile radius(reachable by car in10 minute).
    • Located immediately by the road, in good visibility, with parking entrance/exit
    • Existing parking lot/underground parking for at least 20 cars
    • Minimum traffic counts on the side where thestore is located should yield 10,000 V.P.D. (to be considered only in combination with Store location immediately outside a residential district, by the right side of the road)
    • Store location immediately outside a residential district, by the right side of the road
    • In shopping malls, ingood visibility from the main entrance
    • On shopping centers or plazas, in visibility from the road
  • Selection criteria for shops to be located in high-rise districts:
    • Within high-rise residential quarters, at busy street corners
    • In shopping center or plaza slocatedimmediately outside residential quarters
    • In shopping malls with in residential quarters in case of minimum 12,000 population within 0.5 mile radius (10 minute walking distance).
    • Parking lot for at least 15 cars
  • Additional obligatory requirements
    • Backdoor to load/unload standard pallets (or ability to construct such door) from a truck
    • Absence of food operators in case the premises are located at plaza or shopping center or owners consent for leasing premises to discounter grocery store outlet

Please complete the Property Description Form and send your proposals with properties for lease meeting the above requirements to our Property Development Department . If your property fits our schedules, our Manager will contact you by email to arrange a meeting for in-depth property review. Proposals are processed within 10 days. Property descriptions are filed in the Company’s Data Base and are treated as strictly confidential. If submitted properties do not fit the requirements, we may choose to not notify the sender about the negative outcome.
